I take PAYPAL for CASH PAYMENTS ONLY.  I do not use PayPal for credit cards because several of my customers have had fraudulent uses after using their credit card with PayPal.

I have employed a professional, secure service from a reputable source.  Select "Pay by Credit Card" from the cart menu when purchasing if you would like to use Master Card or Visa. 

Personal/business checks, Money Orders, and Cashiers checks are accepted, but please understand that I will not begin any custom orders, nor ship any product until your funds have cleared thru the bank.

Order Form:

If you do not like using your credit card online, and would prefer to send a check you may print out an order form here, but you must email me for a total including shipping prior to sending a check.  If paying by check, your items are shipped after funds are verified.

Ordering:

Every item on this site is HANDMADE by me, and your item is begun when you place your order.  Most orders take a few days to create, (first come, first served basis) and you may not be the only order I have that day.  Orders are mailed within 5 working business days ( I do not ship on weekends) .  Duplicating an item, custom orders, or multiples of an item takes longer. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available in any amount!  Please email me for details.

The nice thing about making my own jewelry is that you really CAN have it your way!  Please email me any special request, and I'll get back to you personally.

JEWELRY SETS:  Earrings, bracelets, or necklaces to match something you see here or elsewhere are always available.

CUSTOM ORDERS are a commitment on your part.  I schedule how many orders I accept by how many orders I have taken, and may have refused an order if my calendar is full.  I schedule my time according to how many orders I have. 
Therefore, a  non-refundable 50% deposit is required on custom orders.

Shipping:

Most pre- made jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 working business days.  Duplicating an item, or multiples of an item ship within 5 - 7 days.  Although I normally can get a custom order out in 10 days, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. 

If there is a due date, please let me know when placing the order. 

I send every single package in the United States with a delivery confirmation tracking number.  If the United States Post Office says you're package has been delivered to you (there will be tracking information) and you have no insured the package, I will not be responsible for US Postal mistakes. 

If you have purchased an item to be shipped overseas, and you have NOT insured the package, I will not be responsible for the item.  I have copies of Customs forms proving that your item was mailed to you, and I can not be held responsible for overseas shipping.  Please INSURE your packages.

Repairs:

I want you to love your jewelry and wear it for years to come.  I will repair your jewelry , FREE of labor charges.  You  will only pay shipping, and/or parts if they are missing.

Adjustments for sizing is always FREE. 

Customizing your order in the stone or precious metal of your choice is FREE.

Wholesale:

I am not offering Wholesale pricing at this time.  I am offering re-sellers an opportunity to sell Gemstone Gifts to Boutiques and Salons on an individual basis.  If you are interested, please contact me at 856-552-0475.

Prices posted on website are based on current market values and subject to change without notice according to fashion, demand,  or trend.

Returns:

No custom orders may be returned.

I will accept product exchanges or issue a store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions: 

• I must receive an email  or phone call (856-552-0475) letting me know there is a problem  BEFORE you mail your item. 
• If you send me an item without discussion or prior authorization, it will be marked "Return to Sender".

NO EXCEPTIONS!

• FULL REFUNDS on returns if item is in original "as new" condition.
• Item must be  packed carefully when returned.  I will not refund any item damaged in shipment to me.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. 
• Customer is responsible for insuring the return order.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.
• Repairs are free of labor charges, but you will be charged for materials and return postage.
